With this service you can have the reassurance of being able to call on us to attend your property while you are away and should you need to give access to a tradesperson for planned or urgent maintenance, ask us to check on your property following an burglar alarm trigger, check your utility meter readings if your bills unexpectedly rise or carry out a visual maintenance, security and leak check or for anything else you require.

Alternatively, you may just want to enjoy your property while you are there, not wanting to undertake the usual tasks when arriving at your property, such as cleaning, getting your pool ready or gardening. We can do all of these for you before you arrive or after you leave

Service charged at 30€ + IVA per month, plus if attendance required at your property, 15€ + IVA per hour

Our services are fully tailored to you and your property and we can undertake or arrange anything else you need for your property while you are away
